Huge double storey building on 1388 sq metres. Big garden. Was built in 1920 so has a history. Was once a blacksmith shop, a repair garage, a storeroom and was then converted into a guesthouse - a very grand old lady.

3 Self-catering units each with private patio leading into beautiful garden with many roses. Braai facilities on each patio. One x 6 sleeper and two x 4 sleeper. Each unit is very private and has double bed downstairs with single beds in loft. Each unit has well equipped kitchenette, dining room and lounge, en suite bathrooms. Dstv with 20 channels, fireplace, electric blankets, wall heaters and wall heaters in bathrooms. Undercover secure parking. Children friendly in big garden with swings and 3 ducks walking freely around the property. Free daily service and free daily quota wood and coal.

Cultural & Historical interest
Dullstroom was a strategic area in the Anglo Boer war. War graves on the historical Suikerbos koppie. Farms in the Tonteldoos area were used to protect the Boers. Rose cottage - a restaurant - was only building not burnt by the British in that era.
