Walking distance from town centre, University & Coetzenburg Sports Complex. Safe off-street parking for 2 cars & a lock up garage is available.

It is a newly renovated, upmarket apartment within a security complex with a north facing balcony. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed & 2 singles), 1 bathroom with bath and shower, electric towel rail, fully equipped kitchen with granite top.
Situated in the centre of Stellenbosch. No need to drive anywhere. Museums, shops, coffee-shops, art galleries, restaurants etc. on your doorstep.
Safe, covered parking within security complex.

The ideal base to explore the Winelands from. Ideal for 1 or 2 couples travelling together.

Accommodation & Facilities
VICTORIA HOUSE consists of 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious with a double bed. It also have a lovely victorian fire place. The 2nd bedroom is also spacious with 2 single beds and a fire place. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. A cot is available on request.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower in.
The rooms and sitting room are equipped with heaters & fans. Douvets, blankets & towels are provided.
The house also has a telephone with internet access.
The sitting room is open plan with the dining room & kitchen. The sitting room has a TV, a couch , 4 chairs & a coffee-table. The dining area has a 6 seater oak diningroom table with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron etc. All cooking utencils & crockery provided.
All windows have burglar bars, and all doors have security gates.
The outside patio has a portable braai & table with 6 chairs.
Parking is provided on a paved area in front of the house for 2 cars, with a gate that lock. A garage is also available.

MARNETTE APARTMENT consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious with a view over the historical Dorp Street. It has a double bed, dressing table, panel heater & fan.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, panel heater & fan.
Douvets, blankets & towels are provided.
The sitting room, kitchen, dining room are open plan. The sitting room is north facing with a view of Dorp Street. It has a leather couch, 2 chairs, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave grill, toaster, iron, kettle etc.
The bathroom is very spacious with seperate bath & shower & heated towel rail.
The apartment has a north facing balcony overlooking Dorp Street. Is has 2 chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view.
Covered parking is available for 1 car within the security complex.

Outdoor Facilities
VICTORIA HOUSE has a private garden in front with a veranda. A cosy 2 seater wooden bench is on the patio from where you can sit and watch the world go by.
The area in front of the house is paved and provide parking for 2 cars. The whole property is enclosed with walls & an iron gate that you can lock.
At the back of the house is a paved patio with a portable braai. There's a plastic table with 6 chairs. A nice sunny area to sit & enjoy the sun. Very private.
A lock up garage is also available.

MARNETTE has a north facing balcony overlooking the historical buildings in Dorp Street. Have a nice drink ouside while taking in some fresh air. Two chairs are provided.
Covered parking inside the security complex for 1 car will keep your transport safe.

Sporting & Leisure Activities   
The University and world-class sports facilities are within walking distance from Victoria & Marnette.
Many athletes train here througout the year. Many mountain bike routes, six truly great golf courses are in and around Stellenbosch.
Several hiking trails within the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve tempt the hiker. Only 10 min from Victoria House.

Stellenbosch is the 2nd oldest & arguably the picturest town in South Africa. NO visit to South Africa is complete without including Stellenbosch to your iternary. Stellenbosch is in the heart of the world renowend Winelands area and the ideal base from where to explore the other worthwhile areas like Hermanus, Franschoek, Paarl, Cape Town. All within an hours drive from Stellenbosch. The nearest beaches are the Strand & Gordons Bay, only 15-20min drive. Cape Town International Airport is only 30 min. away.
