Tzaneen Country Lodge offers 50 luxury en-suite rooms all with air conditioning, M-Net, DSTV, room service and amenities. The rooms are made up of single, double, twin and family rooms, with two honeymoon suites and an executive suite. Facilities for the disabled are also available.

Sporting & Leisure Activities
Tzaneen is well known as a hiker's paradise with the well known Wolkberg route as one of many hikes than can be done in the area. For serious birders the Tzaneen area is one of the best to see some rare species such as the Yellow Billed Roller and many others. Golf can be played at the Tzaneen Country Club, the Orange Dene 9hole golf course of even a day trip to the famous Hans Merensky Golf Estate for golf in the wild is an option. The Modajdi Cycad Forest is a must see as well as the sacred Debegeni Waterfalls. If you have time to spare visit the Sapekoe Tea Plantation's tea garden for superior hot chocolate cake or do a boat trip on the Eenhaezer Dam. All activities can be arranged from the Tzaneen Country Lodge reception desk.
Cultural & Historical interest
Tzaneen is one of the most peaceful areas in South Africa with a good cultural mix of Tsonga, Sotho, Afrikaans and English. The Tsonga people are well known for their friendliness and gentle nature and wonderful cultural tours can be arranged that is absolutely unique.
