We offer, you self-catering open plan living space, tastefully furnished with dining area seats 4,
sleeping in a double bed on mezzanine level and a permanent photo gallery on the walls.

2 full bathrooms (1 with shower ,1 with bath) and separate guest toilet. All bathrooms have white tiles from floor to ceiling.
"The Africa Studio" accommodates 2 persons comfortably but can accommodate a further 2 on a double bed sleeper couch in the living area.
Great views from your floor to ceiling 5 m high windows over Table Mountain, the City and harbour..
The building offers the highest standard in security.: 24-h patrols. Entrance via reception area with camera surveillance. and access to all floors only with microchip. Access to garage and your own private undercover parking with remote control..Additional private burglar alarm in apartment.
Satellite tv and a compact cd-sound system are also part of the equipment.
The building offers a communal pool and a laundry.

The daily rate is based on a max of two guests staying at the loft. The Africa Studio cates for a max of 4 guests. The 3rd and 4th person will be charged an additional R 150,00 to R. 250,00 each, depending on season.
