Accommodation & Facilities
The accommodation comprises three comfortable, self-contained units in a tranquil garden setting. Each individually-decorated unit has its own unique charm. Guests have full use of the pool and garden so you can relax and enjoy your stay with us. The Annexe Tucked away on the side of the house you will find 'The Annexe' which offers peace and privacy. This self-contained flat has high ceilings, gleaming wooden floors and sash windows. There is a tastefully decorated double bedroom, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The Annexe opens out onto a cool patio which has tinkling wind chimes to help you to unwind. The Coach House The aptly-named 'Coach House' is a conversion of the stables at the back of this lovely old house. Today, the 'Coach House' provides family accommodation in a charming loft bedroom and a comfortable lounge-cum-dining room downstairs. The lounge has a double sleeper couch for a child or two. Off the lounge there is a neat kitchenette where you can prepare light meals. The 'Coach House' overlooks the garden and the swimming pool. The Stable The 'Stable' is a light, airy unit adjacent to the 'Coach House'. It comprises a double en suite bedroom and a pretty kitchenette with a dining area. The 'Stable' opens onto a long verandah with easy access to the garden and swimming pool. Outdoor Facilities
There is a large swimming pool and a patio where guests can relax and unwind. In addition there is off-street parking and a private entrance.

Only 55km from Kenton-on-Sea and Port Alfred. Close to several game farms in the malaria-free Eastern Cape.
Cultural & Historical interest
Grahamstown is the home of the National Arts Festival, the largest arts festival in the country and second only to the Edinburgh Festival. It also boasts a rich cultural heritage as the Eastern Cape is the heartland of the amaXhosa people and Grahamstown is the home of the 1820 English Settlers.
