8 COMFORTABLE HOUSES AND COTTAGES. All differ in design. Thatched cottages. Some have sea views. Central Margate, but very private. Walk to beach and restaurants, shops, banks. No need to use your car. Can accommodate up to 30 persons. Estate fully fenced with auto.gates.All cottages have alarm systems and security gates. All cottages have safes. Wheel-chair friendly.

Dstv. in all cottages. (Bring own decoder and smart card) braai areas, pool. Manager resides on the property in Margate. NO SMOKING IN COTTAGES. Pets: only lap dogs by arrangement.Towels, toiletries not provided. Maids may be hired per day by arrangement.
Only guests booked into the establishment may park in grounds.No overnight visitors.All units have fans. PHONE FOR RATES.
