A semi detached cottage in a quiet residential area with easy access to the N3, close to the beaches of False Bay, Blue Route Shopping Mall and the coastal road to the wine region and Cape Point.
The Waterfront is approx 30 minutes by car in peak times, Muizenberg can be reached in a matter of minutes and Fish Hoek is approximately 25 minutes away.
The rear of the property backs onto a bird sanctuary with play facilities for young children, the mountains of the western cape and specifically elephants eye can be seen in the distance.
Accommodation & Facilities
The cottage has a through lounge diner, the kitchen and bathroom are recently refitted to update the property to modern day standards, the house has everything that you would expect in a home ,whilst away from your own home, the only thing that we do not provide are beach towels.
There are three bedrooms, two house double beds and the smallest of the three has twin bunk beds.
The patio doors open onto the partly shaded patio area and the doors from bedroom 1 open onto the pool , which is 5m x 3m and not suitable for diving.
The house is fully secured with metal shutters to all doors and bars to the windows, which allow for good ventilation without access to the house
Parking of a vehicle is off road on the hardstanding to the front of the house.
All areas are on one level so it is suitable for the disabled.
Outdoor Facilities
The house has a small garden with nice views of the mountains beyond and a pool measuring 5m x 3m, to the rear of the house is a bird sanctuary with playing facilities for young children.
