Lords of the Manor , the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance together with old world charm and luxury. Conveniently situated just outside Mooi River, the Manor is set in the heart of the beautiful lush Natal Midlands farmland with dams and streams nearby for the purist fly fisherman.
Built at the turn of the last century and steeped in history, this stately country mansion is surrounded by giant oaks and firs. Each of the 16 en-suite rooms has a character all of its own.

Elegance of a bygone era can be seen with the original hand-carved banister of the staircase leading down to the candle-lit dining room with its open fires and the warm wood tones of the intimate bar. Comfortable seating with soft background music sets the atmosphere where guests relax and relive the day’s activities.

The Lords of the Manor boasts a well-equipped conference room suitable for business functions in quiet, private surroundings. Easy access from all major routes makes it the ideal setting for executive management symposiums, meetings and seminars.

The charming quaint chapel in the grounds caters for that special wedding or anniversary where vows are renewed amid the tranquillity of the countryside.

Each suite at Lords of the Manor is tastefully & stylishly decorated in old English Manor style, providing you with everything you need for ultimate comfort & relaxation.

All suites are en-suite & are equipped with LCD TV’s DSTV, a bar fridge, a safe & a telephone as well as tea & coffee making facilities.

Our luxurious suites vary in size, with the honeymoon suite in a class of its own. 5 of the suites are situated away from the main house, all of which have breathtaking views & enjoy the same five star facilities as the main house.

Honeymoon Suite
Whether you are on honeymoon or just feel like treating your loved one to a weekend of luxury, our exclusive Honeymoon Suite, in a class of its own, is worth every penny. The suite consists of a bedroom and lounge, both equipped with fireplaces for cosy winter evenings, and a lavish, romantic bathroom.

Executive Suites
Second to the Honeymoon Suite, our 3 Executive Suites are the largest in the Manor, offering you plenty space to relax and unwind in the comfort of your room.
There are 3 Executive Suites, 2 of which have the added luxury of a gas fireplace.

Classic Suites
Our 2 Classic Suites, while slightly smaller than the Executive Suites, offer the same luxury & comfort. These tastefully decorated rooms provide you with all the facilities you need including a flat screen TV, DSTV, tea & coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.

Family Room
You are welcome to bring your kids over 12 years old to join you for your stay at Lords of the Manor. The 2 bedroom family suite is ideal, giving you the privacy of your own luxury room with fireplace, and the convenience of having your kids next door in the same suite. The children’s room consists of 2 single beds and a bathroom is shared between the 2 bedrooms.
