Little Paradise is an exquisite self-catering 3 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek with breathtaking sea & mountain views and a beautiful garden.

The spacious house (220m2) is located minutes from spectacular Noordhoek Beach, and nestling under the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. The property boasts an entirely indigenous garden (3.500m2) incorporating a wide variety of protea species, a fish pond and a large swimming pool.

From here you have a genuine 270 degree sensational sweeping view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life including black eagles, hawks and owls.


Located in the centre of the Cape Peninsula and just 25 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre, Noordhoek offers a unique combination of easy access to the attractions of Cape Town and the Peninsula, with a peaceful rural charm.
Noordhoeks ambience is tranquil and serene, with plenty of wide open spaces, a magnificent 8 km stretch of sugar-white soft sand and breathtaking scenery. Indigenous Cape Fynbos cover the slopes of surrounding mountains and stretch down to the coastal plain and wetlands area.

The interior of Little Paradise combines the superb taste and style with which the décor and furnishings have been chosen with the warmth, the origin and the friendliness of a Farmhouse.

The three bedrooms are situated on the upper floor of the house and offer unique views, king and queen beds, cotton linen and ample built-in cupboards. Each room is created in its own style and personality.

The Honeymoon-Suite has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Atlantic and Silvermine bedroom share a large bathroom with shower and bath. For your comfort and relaxation there is also a coffeeroom in the upper floor.

The main level of Little Paradise features the spacious, fully equipped kitchen in typical Farmhouse style with separate pantry, the classical dining room with 10 seater dining table, a guest-toilet and the informal lounge with entertainment system. Gas fireplaces in the lounge and the dining room lends Little Paradise a warm and cosy atmoshere.The lounge and the dining room have direct access to the covered veranda, the kitchen to the rear garden.
