Located on 10ha, just outside the municipal boundry of Ermelo town, 3.5km on the R39 Standerton road.

Owner lives on the property in a seperate house. Electric gate with fencing around large garden. Surrounded by grassland. We have guinea fowl, duiker and much bird life.

B+B in two seperate buildings. Family unit and one double in one and 4 bachelor units in another.

Large garden, braai facility, kids play area with swings, sandbox and kids pool.
