This beautiful country house is set in the malaria free hills of Mpumalanga, South Africa which is situated only four hours from Johannesburg and 40 kms from the Kruger National Park.
Sabie is on the popular Panorama route, which has the following attractions, Long Tom pass
Pilgrims Rest,
God's Window,
Bourke's Potholes and the Blyde River Canyon which are all an easy days outing from our establishment.

Hillwatering Country House offers its guests 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 2 twins with three quarter beds) all have their own bathrooms and verandahs where you can sit outside and enjoy the cool mountain air (after or before the heat of the Park) and the view of the forest clad mountains
Enjoy your english and continental breakfast which is served either on the verandah or inside by the log fire, depending on the weather.
Or take a picnic basket (by prior arrangement) and spend the day site seeing the big 5 in the Kruger Park
We also offer home style dinners, either 2 or 3-course are available but must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Hazel and Richard will welcome you into their home and let you enjoy all facilities of your own home, we can also assist you in planning your trips around Mpumalanga and South Africa

We have on site parking which is closed at night.
A lounge is available to sit in and enjoy a selection of games, books or magazines
We are also affiliated to the local Golf course
