Dolphin View is in a unique position on Umdloti Beach. We are situated at the tranquil southern end and our garden joins on to a beautiful beach with no road to cross. We have 2 bed and breakfast suites and a self-catering cottage, all of which have their own private entrances and lovely sea views. Go to sleep to the sound of the surf and wake up to a stunning sunrise over the Indian Ocean. Enjoy a generous continental/tropical breakfast while watching out for the dolphins that are here all year round and whales during our sunny and warm winter.

Watch the waves from your private terrace or relax on the beach, literally at the bottom of the garden. Take a micro-light flight to see dolphins, whales and rays. Learn to surf or kite-board. Go horse riding through the sugarcane fields.

Umdloti Beach is easy to get to from both the N2 and the M4. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive to Umhlanga and Gateway with a vast selection of shops and restaurant

Accommodation & Facilities
The rooms are all en-suite and are serviced daily. They are equipped with a TV with MNet, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, beach towels, safe,
Hairdryer and ceiling fans. The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering and can accommodate 4-6 people. There are braais and a swimming pool for our guests’ sole use.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement and vegetarians and vegans are especially well catered for by a Cordon Vert III chef (UK Vegetarian Society).

Outdoor Facilities
A beach at the bottom of the garden. Swimming pool. Each suite has it's own terrace or deck with a braai and table and chairs.
