Offering stunning mountain views this is the ideal place to stay whether you are here on business or on holiday. With nature trails, mountain walks, shops + wine farms on your doorstep the only thing needed to complete your stay is the friendly welcome of your hosts Lisette + Leon Falck.
Summit Place is targeted at the self-catering market, however breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost. We offer a laundry service, secure parking and also a swimming pool for your enjoyment. Well behaved children are always welcome.
With so many things to do just around the corner you will enjoy exploring the many fantastic beaches, fine Restaurants + Curio Shops. Close by you will also find Wine Farms, Golf Courses, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Table Mountain, V + A Waterfront, Cape Point…… to name but a few places.

Summit Place offers a spacious 1 or 2 bed apartment with lounge/fully fitted kitchen + 2 bathrooms.
We also have 3 self catering en-suite studio apartments equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, sink, kettle and all the necessary knives,forks + plates.
All accommodation has DVD/DVD library/TV/CD/hairdryer + safe.
All rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral colours looking out onto the garden with mountain views. Percale linen is provided along with toiletries + towels
Cots available on request
Secure Parking, Laundry Service, Swimming Pool, and Complimentary DVD Library for your stay. We are happy to arrange car hire, Restaurant bookings + tours.

Outdoor Facilities
All rooms look onto the garden with mountain views.
We can offer you internet access.
Breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost.
