Accommodation & Facilities
The penthouse has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite. The main bedroom has breathtaking sea views and a door leading onto the outside balcony. The main en-suite provides a bath, shower and twin basins. The second bedroom has a lovely bay window overlooking Walker Bay and has access to the balcony. The en-suite has a bath with hand shower. The third bedroom has mountain views and the third bathroom comes with a shower.
The comfortable lounge and dining area has large sliding doors leading onto the balcony with built-in barbeque and outside dining area. Enjoy a meal or drinks while watching the sun set over the horizon. The lounge is equipped with DSTV, VCR and CD player. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Under floor heating creates warmth on the cold winter days. A double garage provides secure off-street parking. All linen and towels are provided.
