balloch cottages
Self Catering Accommodation
barkly east, Eastern Cape, South Africa |
|
Balloch is one of the most spectacular valleys on earth. The farm is situated in a valley in the Witteberg mountains of the Eastern Cape and majestic sandstone rock formations of unequalled splendour abound. The Willowstream on the upper reaches of the Vlooikraal river runs through the center of the property and directly in front of the cottages on offer for accommodation. The views of the cliffs and rock formations are seen from the cottages. From the main road one travels through a narrow entrance and the valley then opens up to something very unusual , quite different to any scenery one would expect to see in south Africa.
