Avanti is conveniently situated in sought-after Bantry Bay, between Sea Point & Clifton, thirty metres from the sea. Near city centre, V & A Waterfront, famous Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, Table mountain, restaurants, banks, etc. Only 45 minutes from Cape Point, Stellenbosch and the main wine routes.
Public transport within easy walking distance.
The owners live on the premises and and will gladly assist you with advice on trips, and personal service is offered.
Accommodation & Facilities
We have 5 double bedrooms, two with twin beds and three with double beds. Four rooms are en suite with shower and the other room has a bath and overhead shower. This room has twin beds and leads to a patio and the pool area. Front facing rooms have showers and have balconies with pleasant but limited side sea views.
All rooms have tea trays, wall safes, hair dryer, colour TV, a small fridge and telephone.
Avanti is a non smoking establishment. There is a small private patio with a plunge pool . All the normal services you would expect from a four star guest house.
Laundry service available.
French spoken.
Children 12 +
No pets.

Cape Town offers the full range of outdoor facilities from extreme sports to more leisurely pursuits such as golf. sunset cruises or whale watching and visits to wine farms and game resorts.

There are several Golf courses,fitness centres,diving and scuba schools,abseiling and rock climbing guides, hiking etc.in the area.

Cape Town is the mother city of South Africa and offers a wide cultural experience. Rich in history of ancient inhabitants such as the San people. to the more recent Dutch - and British colonial history are represented in the museums, architecture and cultural events.
