Lovely Condo apartment with a hint of an African theme is on the first floor of a three-floor security building. Condo was recently renovated, including all new furnishings and amenities. This apartment comes fully furnished with quality linen and towels supplied. Everything you need is here.There is ample public transport to and from the V and A Waterfront, city centre, etc. We have a secure parking space for one vehicle.
Accommodation & Facilities
The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and dressing table. The second bedroom contains two single bunk beds and also has ample wardrobe space and dressing table. The bathroom has bathtub, shower over the bath, basin and toilet.The open-plan kitchen, living area and dining area opens out onto an ample-size open balcony with mountain and some sea views. The kitchen has microwave, stove, oven, double door refrigerator/freezer, toaster, kettle, etc. The dining area seats 4 people, there is also a counter with bar chairs. There is a portable barbeque on the balcony, which can also be used for beach outings.
