The Antbear Guesthouse is a thatched, whitewashed cottage built high on a natural platform overlooking the Bushmans River and Giants Castle. This cottage is a bit off the beaten track and is more of an insider tip than just another bed and breakfast. We cater for small intimate groups and never have more than 10 guests at a time. It’s a laid back, lovingly cared for kind of place where you feel a sense of happiness and peace. Honeymoon stays turn into anniversary commemorations just as guests become friends. Even foreign tourists return for a second and third taste.

Accommodation & Facilities
We overlook the Bushmans River Valley with a view of Giants Castle right over to the Sentinel. All our rooms have double beds and en-suite bath rooms. Some even have open fireplaces. Our luxury honeymoon suite is even kitted out with a jacuzzi spa bath and a stunning view of the mountains from its bed. Our meals are also a real reason to stop by as are the many attractions of our area.
