Villa Atlantica is perfectly situated in Camps Bay 5 min from Table mountain and Lions Head and 10 min from Cape Town City Centre, Clifton, Llandudno and the V & A Waterfront. We are 1km from Camps Bay beachfront with its trendy restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
Accommodation & Facilities
The Views
The living room, Dinning room and three of the bedrooms have ocean views over Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean where whales, dolphins and seals are all sighted regularly. The other two bedrooms have spectacular mountain views.
The Villa
The Villa is brand new and uses natural shades and materials such as granite, cherry wood and travertine, modernized by stainless steel fittings and complimented by modern, comfortable furniture, décor and artwork.
Living
Comprises of a spacious living and dinning area with open plan kitchen, all with direct patio access via sliding doors. The patio is furnished with umbrellas, offering shaded dinning facilities and a stand alone gas barbecue ideal for entertaining and relaxation.
Kitchen
The state of the art open plan kitchen ideal for entertaining, is fully equipped with appliances including stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble drier.
Sleeping
The Villa offers 5 very spacious, elegantly decorated large double bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds and 2 have twin beds all en-suite and all are air-conditioned. Three bedrooms have ocean views with sliding doors leading onto private patios and the other two have sliding doors leading onto a private patio with spectacular mountain views
Bright bathrooms are well equipped with shaver points and 4 bathrooms have luxurious spar baths as well as showers.
6th Bedroom
A 6th Bedroom en-suite is also available on request or let separately. It has private access and a private garden.
There is private parking for four cars and also off street parking
Villa Atlantica is only available to rent as a whole home for vacation or filming purposes
