Perched on the mountain slopes overlooking Fish Hoek beach, our privately owned, studio, garden and family and family apartments are fully equipped and can cater for up to 18 people altogether. All our apartments have sea-views and sea-facing balconies with barbeques and hammocks. The apartments form a three storey privately owned structure and are not part of an apartment block. Privacy and tranquillity guaranteed.

THE CROW’S NEST
Two bedrooms (with a double sleeper couch in the lounge), two bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath), kitchen, dining room, lounge, carport, large balcony with barbeque, hammock and spectacular sea views. (1 Double bed and two single beds). Sleeps 4 - 6.

GARDEN APARTMENT
Two bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower), kitchen, dining counter, lounge, balcony with sea views and a carport. (1 Double bed and two single beds). Sleeps 4.

STUDIO APARTMENT
One bedroom (double bed) with on suite bathroom (with shower), kitchenette, dining counter, lounge and balcony.

FAMILY GARDEN APARTMENT
Three bedrooms (3 double beds), two bathrooms (both with showers), separate toilet, kitchen, two dining counters, lounge, TV room, large balcony with two hammocks, barbeque and great sea views. Sleeps 6.

UPPER FAMILY APARTMENT
Three bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), two bathrooms (one shower / one bath), kitchen, dining room, lounge and large balcony with hammock, barbeque and stunning sea view s. Sleeps 6.

Our apartments are fully serviced once a week and fresh towels and linen supplied twice weekly. We also offer an optional general cleaning / dish washing / bed making / ironing service at R15.00 per hour -- either daily, or less frequently as you may require.

All apartments are stocked with fresh coffee beans (and electric grinders), tea, sugar, salt and pepper.

Outdoor Facilities 
Great mountain and beach walks! Access to a Table Mountain National Park just 300 metres down the road. Walk to popular Fish Hoek beach, featuring: a kid's playground, restaurant, bistro, warm water and safe bathing (recently voted one of the safest beaches in the world).

Both the world-renowned Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony and Cape Point Nature Reserve are located nearby, as is the Constantia Wine Route (all three within 20km).

Whale-watching is a favourite pastime in the False Bay area from early August through to mid-October each year. Enjoy whale-viewing from the comfort of your balcony, or take a stroll along the coastline for more intimate views of these fascinating, gigantic mammals frolicking in the sunshine.

Central Cape Town, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are all within a radius of 35 minutes by road. 

Sporting & Leisure Activities   
Local sporting and leisure activities include:

* Clovelly Golf Course is a championship course - 3 kms
* Table Mountain National Park [access is 300 mtres down the road] offers numerous mountain trials
* Many deep sea fishing charters available
* Very good bird-watching trials in the area
* The train trip to Cape Town or Simon's Town hugs the coastline and offers spectacular views. Certain trains offer a dining car and serve breakfast and lunch on order.
* Kalk Bay is a quant little fishing village 3kms away where fresh line fish may be bought from the local fisher folk. An array of antique shops and restaurants are located in the village.
* Neighbouring Simon's Town is the headquarters of the SA Navy and this historical town offers a naval museum, toy museum, a water front with many curio shops and restaurants. Boat cruises to Seal Island may be arranged here.
* The Boulder's Beach penguin colony is about 7kms away.
